The photo had me thinking there was a shimmer to the fabric. Unfortunately it is merely a print on cheap white fabric. The white scale print flips near the upper hip and doesn’t even flow in the correct direction at the top. This experience left me thinking “there has to be a nicer pair of leggings with the pretty mermaid effect.”I like it has 3 colors in them they fit nicely I can't think of nothing in I didn't like about them.
